I’m an experienced masseuse with a portable massage table. I specialize in Myofascial Trigger Point and Reflexology. I practice on Vancouver Island. Working closely with my clients I endeavor to aleviate pain and stress through a series of paplatations, streches and strengthening exercises.

Trigger Point Therapy
I will work with you to identify your trouble area and give attention to trigger points to alleviate discomfort, stress and pain. Afterwards, I will go through stretches and exercise you can do to help the situation.

Deep tissue relaxing massage with or without oil.

Reflexology
Focus on the foot and ankle to locate trigger points to work out congestion throughout the body.
